About the role

700,000 Indonesian students use Pintarly, and around 70,000 new ones sign up every month. You'll decide which feature gets built next, then stay with it until it's live and the numbers come back. This isn't a spec-writing job. You'll talk to users yourself, read the data yourself, and sit with engineers and designers every day.

What you’ll do

• Decide what gets built next, and just as importantly, what doesn't.
• Write requirements clear enough that engineers and designers can start from them.
• Talk to real users and read the data yourself, rather than waiting for a report.
• Stay with a feature through launch, then find out whether it helped.

What we look for

• You can say why a feature should exist, not just what's in it.
• You're comfortable reading data and drawing your own conclusions.
• You've finished something of your own and can walk someone through how.
• You can start right away and work with the team daily.
