About the role
Pintarly helps 700,000 Indonesian students get through UTBK, TKA, and their schoolwork. About 70,000 new students sign up every month, and most of them find us through a creator's video rather than an ad. Creators who post five to seven videos a week earn between Rp 1,000,000 and Rp 10,000,000 a month. What you make grows with how your videos perform and how long you have been with us, and we walk you through the full picture once you join. You won't be figuring this out alone. Our creator team is 14 people, and together they've done 155 million views across 3,131 videos. Thirty-three of those crossed a million.
What you’ll do
- Post 5 to 7 short videos a week on Pintarly's TikTok and Instagram.
- Show up on camera and talk. This isn't an editing job behind the scenes.
- Come to the weekly mentoring session with the marketing team and our senior creators.
- Check how each video did, then let that shape what you make next.
What we look for
- You're comfortable talking to a camera. Have a look at the reels on our Instagram @pintarly.id, that's the style we mean. No experience, no followers, no problem.
- You can post 5 to 7 videos a week and keep it up, and you can start right away.
- You're 16 to 24, close enough to the students you're talking to that it shows.
- You've got a phone that records clearly and a connection good enough to upload.
Don’t apply yet if
- You're working for another study app or AI notetaker and you'd rather not stop.
- You'd rather repost old clips than show your face.
- Five videos a week is more than you can promise.
