Software Engineer

About the role

Your code goes live in days, not months. 700,000 Indonesian students use Pintarly, so what you build lands in someone's hands the same week you write it. We build with AI, and we mean it. You'll work with coding agents every day, and we expect you to be good at it: writing prompts that come back useful, reading what they hand you, and knowing when to bin it and write the thing yourself. That matters to us more than whatever framework you already know. We'll walk you through what we run on when we talk.

What you’ll do

• Build features end to end, from the data model to the screen.
• Work with coding agents daily, and read what they produce before it ships.
• Chase down bugs users report until you find the actual cause.
• Take part in code reviews and architecture calls.

What we look for

• You're good at prompting, which means you get usable code out of an agent and you can tell when it's wrong.
• You've built something of your own and finished it, however small.
• You can read code you didn't write and work out what it's doing.
• You'd rather find the cause than patch over it.
